Well I believe that breaking free of the tyranny of one failed diet after another, and embarking on a journey of discovery to your natural way of becoming, and staying at, the size you would be happiest being is most certainly the start of a great adventure!
I hope you can trust me when I tell you that I now happily eat what I want, when I want, and am steadily losing weight. It is true that I rarely eat sweet things anymore, but not because I feel that I shouldn't do so, but because I am genuinely not bothered by them. Perhaps you can imagine how fantastic it feels to say no to the offer of cake or chocolate and realise that you really would rather have a nectarine or some grapes. It is so liberating not to even have to resist temptation.

I know that how I eat will not suit everyone, but there will be a way of eating that is natural to each individual. I would like to help you take the first steps to discovering the way that is right for you.
I do not have a magic wand to wave, but I do have a whole host of techniques and skills to pass on. In order to make this work for you will require some effort; to practise the new skills you will be taught, and to listen to hypnotic tracks that you will receive. The combination of the two will help you to take more control of your eating consciously, and to engage the power of your subconscious to achieve a shift in those beliefs and eating habits that have probably been holding you back for years.
