    How great would it be if you could train your brain to want an apple instead of that chocolate or ice-cream?

    I can teach you how to do this when you come to Adventure Slimming.

    Your Adventure

    Let me set you off on an adventure to discover just how easily  you can slim down to how you want to be.

    I will give you a whole bag full of techniques to help you on your way  and overcome obstacles. You will have hypnotic recordings to listen to, to assist you in discovering the right way for you.

    There will be no rules because this is your adventure. There is no one else exactly like you, and so the path you need to follow to gain control of your eating, and achieve the body size and shape you will be happiest with, is your path alone.

    When you set off on an adventure, you might not be sure of what you will be doing, or where you will end up, but you do know that it will be new and exciting. Something different to what you have done before. And once you have been on a big adventure it changes how you see life; influencing what you do and how you think long after the adventure itself has ended.  And so this adventure can be the same; you can expect to see dieting as something you used to do but will never need to do again. How does that make you feel?

    Diets are a chore; to be endured for as long as it takes to get the desired results. Adventure slimming is not just a means to an end, but a journey to be enjoyed along  the way, making new discoveries and being excited about the progress being made.

    When you go on a diet you are supposed to stay on it until you reach your target weight. If you come off the diet before that point is reached then you think of yourself as a failure.  When you embark upon Adventure Slimming every step along the way is success, even if occasionally it takes you off course  because only by straying from the path will you learn more about yourself.
